My name is Josh Rosenfield and I'm the principal and owner of Draper Development. I started the company after leaving a family auto glass business because real estate had always been a passion. I enjoy every aspect - from researching markets, to talking with owners, to developing a property. 

Real estate can be a very effective wealth diversification strategy. Whether it's buying for the long term or a shorter term repositioning, Draper Development can execute on multiple strategies.
